We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

🔄 Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at JustTakeFlight9@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
